Sebastian removed a bath ,toilet and wash hand basin . He replaced that with a walk in shower and a new toilet and wash hand basin. He started the job by covering all my carpets and removing his shoes. I was impressed by his attitude to his work. His work is of the highest standard and he obviously takes a pride in his work. He consulted me on decisions all the way. I was totally satisfied with his work and gave him a further job of installing a remote stop cock. Again I am extremely pleased with his work and his price was fair. I will certainly use Sebastian again.

Sebastian remodelled our bathroom installing a new shower, replaced / installed a new sink and towel radiator. He surveyed the job and came back with an estimate/timing which was accurate. The bathroom didn't have a walk-in shower so all plumbing /wastes had to be installed requiring lifting and repositioning of tiling which he also took on and completed it to a high standard. He worked really hard, kept the jobsite clean and the installation is excellent/ so I would recommend his services for similar bathroom installations.
Sebastian was brilliant from the beginning, very communicative, gave me a very reasonable quote ( Replace Basin + vanity unit and toilet, take out tiles and put down LVT flooring and re-grouting the wall around the bathtub. Sebastian was very methodical and worked hard to complete the job within the time frame he gave me. The work was done to a very high standard. I would absolutely recommend his services. He is a very skilled worker and does not charge you the moon to do smaller jobs.
We had used Sebastian to swap a bath for a shower and he did an excellent job. The floor now needed re-tiling and my mum wanted a new toilet. Sebastian turned up as arranged: on removing the old toilet, he discovered that there had been a slow leak and the flooring was damaged. He sorted that out and then got on with the tiling etc. He worked solidly for 2 days and did a super job, my mum is delighted! He has been a pleasure to work with: he is reliable, works hard and cleans up any mess. He is polite and friendly and I can thoroughly recommend him!

Sebastian was great from the start: he replied quickly to my message, came to my mum's house to look at what work was required and gave advice on what shower mixer unit to buy. We arranged a date for the work to start and he worked solidly for two days from 9am to 6pm, with hardly a break. He was courteous, tidy and did a fantastic job: my mum is delighted with the transformation, which has made life so much easier for her. Was quick to reassure of no call out fee before I explained the issue as fully as possible when I initially called. Got a quote then and there, and that was the price I paid when the work was completed. The plumber (possibly Sebastian himself?) was wonderfully early because he was already in the area, meaning the work was completed much earlier too! My loo now flushes better than even before, being a whole lot quieter about it and (I'm convinced) using much less water, too. Makes me feel like I'm doing my bit for the environment. This was a very difficult job trying to find a leak from the toilet going down into the flat below. A few other plumbers said they couldn't help or could only do it in a few days/a weeks time (no good if it's causing water damage to the flat below). Sebastian was a lifesaver and came the very next day. He located the leak quickly, it turned out to be in a very awkward position behind the toilet, but he was able to fix it that day. Great job!

I wanted a repair carried out during the festive period so thought it might be hard to get someone out. Sebastian was prompt to reply and the job was completed in good time not long after new year.
Initially all we wanted was pipe work put in place but after seeing Sebastian’s workmanship we hired him to tile and fit the full bathroom. Sebastian traveled 25 miles daily to carry out this job. He always turned up when he said he would and worked long days. He is trust worthy and we felt comfortable leaving him a key to the house when we had to go out. Sebastian is one of the most professional tradesmen we have ever dealt with. The job was a lot more complex than we had been led to believe by other plumbers. On tackling the job he discovered it was impossible to turn off the water supply due to jammed stopcock. Using his ingenuity he managed to solve the problem. He visited 3 times and was always punctual, polite and positive in his approach, explaining all problems and possible solutions to us.
